About us

After years of going through my daughter's textbooks and noticing that nobody was teaching her about women and their achievements in history, I decided to do it myself.

I went online looking for resources and found a few books (bought them all) but nothing playful. We learn better through play so with that in mind, I decided to create a toy that could also teach.

That's how Little Rebels was born, back in 2019. I launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds to produce the dolls while I started working on the Little Rebels App (available for Android and iOS) and by September 2020, our first Rebels started to travel the world.

Today, almost three years later, we are an award-winning collection, with more Rebels joining us soon and available at the most important museums in the US and soon at bigger retailers like Macy's.

All of this was possible because I never stopped believing in what I was doing and I didn't allowed the NO's to stop me, because empowering girls is our major purpose.

We are empowering the next generation of leaders one doll at a time.
